concern is the provision of bicycles to community volunteers who provide
home-based care for people living with HIV/AIDS and support for orphans and
vulnerable children. BEN Namibia also aims at improving cycling conditions in
Windhoek and has discussed with the Berlin Mayor the possibility of sister city
cooperation.
